DSX Series
The DSX models are designed for industrial use and have a large output capacity with e.g. increased cutting depth, pneumatic plunging and a motor rating upto 5,5kW. A wide variety of accessories is available, such as many automatic functionalities and programming of cutting patterns.

Heavy, self-rigid carrying guidance modules
Completely self-rigid and free standing construction of basic framework. Tension-free hardened steel bar guidance module for horizontal travel.
Pneumatic locking of saw-unit at working height, with fine adjustment
Setting of the measures for horizontal cutting, independent of the height of the position, always at eye level, with micrometric adjustment for fine tuning.
Pneumatic plunging of saw-unit
Easy movement of the saw-unit in and out of the panel, also when sawing in higher cutting positions
Programming rail for repetitive dimensions
Manual programming rail, for setting 5 different horizontal fixed measures.
Repeat-stop for strip cutting
Repeat stop facility with track-bearing, running on the top cut section of the panel, allowing repetitive horizontal strip cutting, adjustable from 0-500mm.
Robust, fine-adjustable measuring stop
Heavy cast iron flip-stop with micro metric adjustment for vertical cuts, on 30 mm steel bar guidance.
Digital read out for vertical cutting (optional)
Digital read out for vertical cutting on the frame. The one for horizontal cutting is placed on the operator panel.
